We combine sampling with a moisture survey of the property, checking the usual Mesa suspects: the air handler closet, ceilings under attic units, the wall behind a shower, the base of exterior walls where a slab leak has been wicking upward. Thermal imaging finds the cold wet patches that a visual check misses.
