Apache Junction sits at the east end of the Valley under the Superstitions, and it has a high share of manufactured and mobile homes alongside conventional builds. Manufactured homes need a different approach: the floor is a sandwich panel rather than a slab, and once water gets into that panel it stays there.
Getting a manufactured home dry usually means working from underneath as well as inside, and being honest early about whether the floor decking can be saved. Left wet, that sealed cavity is a mold remediation job rather than a drying one.
The other pattern here is seasonal. Plenty of these homes sit empty from May, and a supply line that lets go in June runs until somebody notices, which is burst pipe cleanup at the worst end of the scale.
